A Special Gift For Our Valued Subscribers
Recently, one of our customers contacted us raving about a program he’d purchased called “Eating for Energy for Athletes”. He told us that ever since following the advice in the program, he’s felt more energised, healthier, and his performance had increased dramatically. He said the program was so good that he just had to tell us about it. After getting our hands on a copy and going through it, we have to agree!
We managed to get in touch with the author of the program, and asked if he’d be kind enough to do an interview sharing some of the great advice he’s been bringing to the athletic world, and he kindly agreed.
We want to share this interview with you free of charge, because we found the information so valuable ourselves and hope you find it as helpful. Consider this our way of saying Thank You for being a valued subscriber of our newsletter.
The interview is in mp3 format, so you can listen to it on your favourite mp3 device, and it goes for about 30 mins. In the interview, we cover:
- Why food is important in increasing performance and energy,
- Some of the common myths about food that aren't helping anybody, and
- What you can do right now, to improve their energy, their health, and their performance
Yuri, the author of “Eating for Energy for Athletes”, also shares a smoothie recipe that is easy to put together, tastes delicious, and will have an immediate impact on your performance.
As we said, we can’t recommend this program enough, and Yuri was even kind enough to create a special offer for anybody interested in purchasing “Eating for Energy for Athletes”.
For the next 3 days only, he’s offering the above Eating for Energy for Athletes package at a reduced rate of only $47, down $50 from the RRP price of $97. To take advantage of this very generous offer, all you need to do is visit this page.
If you’re not sure that the program is for you, here’s Jonathon’s review of the product:
“I’ve spent possibly thousands of dollars on the latest and greatest performance boosting supplements in an effort to continually beat my best when it comes to my athletic performance – whether that be bike-riding, running, martial arts, or even weightlifting, and I’ve always noticed the same thing: no matter how great the initial “buzz” the effects soon wear off, and I always feel like I’ve ended up right back where I started, just a little worse for wear in the long run.
Have I noticed an increase in performance? Absolutely. Has this increase ever lasted more than a few weeks? Unfortunately not. But the worst of it would have to be the side-effects. Those of you who have ever taken a high-caffeine + arginine pre-workout formula will probably sympathise when I mention that my performance in running for the bathroom post-workout easily rivals (and probably surpasses) many of my personal bests.
It was during one of my more enthusiastic bouts of looking for the “next big thing in supplemental products” that I stumbled across Yuri Elkaim’s tome Eating for Energy for Athletes. After a quick read through some reviews and some of the products benefits, I decided to grab it. It was cheaper than what I normally spend on supplements, and it was an instant download pdf that I could devour immediately.
I’d always heard the phrase “you are what you eat”, but it wasn’t until I immersed myself in Yuri’s philosophies that I truly understood the link between what I ingested, and how I performed.
I call Eating for Energy for Athletes a “tome” because the whole package is more than 350 pages long, and is packed with very deep wisdom, and is a little intimidating to fathom at first.
What I can confidently say, however, is that it is actually a really easy read, and it’s broken down in to very manageable, easily digestible, chunks. Not to mention the fact that you can quickly look for a chapter of interest and go directly to that page with a few taps of the keyboard and you’re away.
This package consists of 5 books, or modules: ‘Eating for Energy for Athletes’, ‘Nutrition for Athletes’, ‘The 12 Week Plan’, ‘The Healthy Recipe Guide’, and ‘The Smoothie and Juice Guide’. Basically, everything you could possibly need, and then some, to have you performing at your peak (naturally) in no time.
For me, I’m somebody who likes to get straight in to the action, and this was easy to do since the 12 Week Plan, and Healthy Recipe guides covered all the practical measures. Yuri really wasn’t kidding when he said that most of the recipes take about 10 minutes to prepare, and only require a knife, food processor, or blender – this stuff was simple to put together, tasted great and have had an incredible impact on my day-to-day energy levels; not just my athletic performance (I feel great, and am stronger, faster, and more limber than I have been in a long time – not to mention: I’m sleeping better, and don’t need as much anymore!).
I was also a huge fan of the Athletic Nutrition book as it had some great sports drinks recipes that were so easy to put together, tasted fantastic, and didn’t have any of the sugar “come down” I’ve experienced with those bottled, unnaturally bright, sports drinks that seem to glow from behind the fridge doors of my local gym.
What I particularly appreciated was the meticulous research and attention to detail that has gone in to the theory sections of the package. As I said, I like to jump straight in, but Yuri’s writing style makes it so easy to understand what is normally a very dry subject, and covers everything from the “how-to”, to mindset, and the “why”. Everything is backed up and referenced by both modern science, and wisdom from our ancestors.
I think what I most appreciate about this resource, though, is that it puts all of the power back in my hands. Rather than having to rely on marketing gimmicks, the latest craze at the supplement store, the internet, and television\magazine advertising to aid in me in my quest to better my health, I’m now armed with all the knowledge I need to make sure I remain fit, healthy, alive, and happy, and all I require are the natural ingredients I can purchase from a fruit & veg market, or my local health-food store - I don’t have to break the bank, I don’t have to destroy my taste-buds, and I don’t have to rack my brain over combining the right types of foods anymore.
I personally consider Yuri’s Eating for Energy for Athletes an invaluable resource for life, and one that I will refer back to time and time again. Also, the support he offers through his team is unbelievable: if I ever have a question that needs answering, they’re happy to help.
At $97 this was a steal, especially considering just one of my previous supplements cost more than that just for a 1 month supply. If Yuri really is offering this at $50 0ff, my advice is to get your hands on this while the offer is still hot, and do something that you won’t regret for your health, performance, and well-being.
